Shipping & Returns

When will my order be shipped?

The delivery timelines for our orders vary depending on the product. For all of our in stock accessories, we aim to ship them out within 48 business hours, and therefore you should receive them within the next 48 business hours after that.

Some of our pearl based pieces are made to order. Therefore preparing the order can take anywhere from 3-5 weeks. However, we aim to prepare and ship them as soon as possible. In case you require it earlier, please contact us and we will try our best to deliver it by then. Occasionally, we may have a ready piece in stock! 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we don't ship internationally. However we are working on it, and hope to do so soon!

Do you offer returns on your jewelry/hair accessories?

Due to hygiene reasons and for your personal safety, we are unable to issue refunds or returns on any of our pieces. Therefore, all products are final sale only. If you have any doubts or questions regarding this, we always recommend checking with us before placing your order. 

Please note we personally inspect each piece before it is packed carefully. 

We may offer exchanges only in limited cases where the product has arrived damaged or the wrong product has been delivered. In this case, please retain all packaging materials and contact us as soon as it is delivered (on the same day). 

Additionally, please note that some of our products are made with freshwater pearls and some are baroque pearls, therefore their appearance may differ from the pictures you see online. It is possible that there may be some variation in color, shape & texture, however all of this is normal and it makes your piece beautifully unique.
